Student Housing Overview
Student housing is available off-campus in a variety of options, including apartments, duplexes, and houses. The Enrollment Planning Office is responsible for assigning and reserving housing for all new incoming students before each semester begins.
Students will be given the opportunity to indicate their housing preferences in the Housing Application, and every effort will be made to match students with accommodations prior to their arrival in Barbados for a smooth transition.
✅ Submission of the Housing Application is mandatory for all students seeking University-arranged accommodations.
Roommate Policy
It is recommended that students have a roommate during their first semester. Here’s what to expect:
-
Private bedrooms for each student
-
Shared bathroom, kitchen, and living area
-
Roommate assignments are based on lifestyle preferences and compatibility, as indicated in the Housing Application.
?️ Students who wish to live without a roommate should apply early, as one-bedroom apartments are limited.
